Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items showing signs of use or missing original packaging will not be accepted for return.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at admin@pksetups.com. Once your return is accepted, we'll provide you with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at admin@pksetups.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@pksetups.com.
