SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
New Zealand Shipping A flat shipping rate of $6.99 NZD applies to all New Zealand orders. Delivery typically takes 12–25 business days from dispatch.
International Shipping We offer free shipping on all international orders worldwide. Delivery typically takes 12–25 business days depending on your location and local customs processing times.
International Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in your order total.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your notification. Note that tracking updates may be infrequent during international transit — this is normal.
Delays PK Electronics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, natural disasters, or carrier delays outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at admin@pksetups.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos if applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
